Objectives:To gain theoretical and practical knowledge on nutritional methods and determinants in health. Programme Topics: Study design in Nutritional Epidemiology. Evaluation of food intake at a national, family and individual level. Nature of variation in diet. Validity and reproducibility of food questionnaires. Biochemical indicators of dietary intake Diet and chronic diseases.
