Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2012) and Master of Public Health with specialization in Epidemiology (2016).


In her past professional activities, she participated as supervisor in the field work activities of the Longitudinal Study of Adult Health in Brasil (ELSA-Brasil, 2013-2018).


Currently, Flávia is a researcher in the project "How childhood social adversity shapes health: The biology of social adversity (PTDC/DTP-EPI/1687/2014)", developed in the scope of Geração XXI - a birth cohort study.


Her research interests are focused on the health consequences of social adversity during the lifecourse.
