Ana Moura was born in 1995 in Vila Nova de Gaia. She graduated in Educational Sciences at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Porto in 2016.
Currently, she is a master’s student in Health Education at the Faculty of Medicine and at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Porto. At the same time, she collaborates in research tasks under the project “Bionetworking and citizenship in gamete donation (ENGAgED)” (Ref. PTDC/IVC-ESCT/6294/2014), funded by the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology, and is a member of the Department Health and Society.
Her master's thesis focuses on gamete donation communication campaigns developed in Portugal, exploring the perceptions of donors, recipients and university students.
Her current research interests focus on people-centred care and policies, namely in the field of assisted reproductive technologies, health communication and health education.
