Sarah Warkentin, graduated in Nutrition in 2009 at São Camilo University, in the city of São Paulo, Brazil. Is specialized in "Health, Nutrition and Infant Feeding" at the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP), whose theoretical classes included topics on infant feeding, as well as training in outpatient care, in the treatment of Obesity, Disorders of growth, dyslipidemias, among others. Holds a Master's degree (2011-2013) and a PhD (2013-2017) in "Sciences", by the Department of Pediatrics of UNIFESP, with a scholarship granted by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES). Completed a Sandwich PhD at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, Baltimore, USA, for a period of one year. She worked as a university professor (Universidade Paulista - UNIP) in the Nutrition and Nursing graduate courses, besides supervising curricular internships, from 2012 - 2018.
