Ana Catarina Carvalho
Catarina Carvalho graduated in Nutrition Sciences, in 2015, by the Faculty of Food Science and Nutrition of the University of Porto. In 2018 she finished her master’s degree in Food Science and Technology at University of Minho and Faculty of Sciences of University of Porto.
In January 2018 she joined the team of the “National Food, Nutrition and Physical Activity Survey of the Portuguese general population” and she is currently collaborating in two EFSA projects (“Risk-Benefit4EU” e “Dose-response relationships in health risk assessment of nutritional and toxicological factors in foods”).
Her main research interests are related to food and nutrient intake assessment, food composition data management, food safety, risk assessment and food technology.
