Ana Paula has a degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry from Universidade Paulista, São Paulo; Post-Graduation in Clinical Laboratory from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), specializatiion in International Business from Temple University of Japan and MBA in Health Management from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in Rio de Janeiro. She is a Master's student in Public Health at Faculdade de Medicina do Porto, where she is developing a thesis project on the Characterization of Behavior in Medical Prescription of Antibiotics to Hospitalized Patients. She has more than 24 years of experience acquired in national and multinational companies in the health area and in major hospitals in position held as Project Manager, Director of Pharmacy and in the Coordination of Clinical Diagnostic Laboratories. Invited professor at Universidade Federal do Amazonas (UFAM) and at Instituto Brasileiro de Pós-Graduação e Extensão (IBPEX) and at Instituto Nacional de Pós-Graduação e Eventos Acadêmicos (INAPEA). Former Naval Officer from Brazilian Navy working in missions of public health supporting Riverside population and Indigenous communities in the region of Amazonas and as a Biochemistry in the Militar Hospitals in Rio de Janeiro. She is a Council Member of Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG) and Atheneum, both Global Knowledge Sharing Platforms with headquarters in New York and Berlin, respectively, supporting leading global corporations to invest in heatlhcare projects.
