Mariana Amorim is graduated in Psychology since 2008 and finished the Master in Clinical and Health Psychology in 2010. She is currently a FCT PhD fellow at Doctoral Program in Global Public Health, University of Porto and Nova University of Lisbon. She is a member of the Department of Health and Society and the research group on Social Epidemiology at Institute of Public Health of University of Porto (ISPUP). She was research fellow in the project "Parental Roles and Knowledge in Neonatal Intensive Care Units" in the same institution. Her areas of interest are Prematurity, Parenting, Health Psychology, Public Health and Global Health.
