Conference Theme

The provision of health care requires an information system, the Electronic Health Record (RSE), which supports and enhances the monitoring of people’s life course, in health and illness, enabling them in their management, in a context of multiple morbidity, ensuring integration and continuity of care. This initiative aims to demand that the opportunity created by the “PRR-Transição Digital na Saúde” results in a unique, national and citizen-centered system.
