Nutritionist (2191N), graduated in Nutrition Sciences at the Faculty of Nutrition and Food Sciences of the University of Porto (FCNAUP) since 2013 and first author of the book “Pesos e Porções de Alimentos” (1st, 2nd and 3rd editions).
Currently, she is a PhD student in Food Consumption and Nutrition Sciences and she works as nutritionist at a food company, working in the R&D Product Development Department. Additionally, she works as a clinical and sports nutritionist, as well as scientific coordinator and lecturer at Academia Clínica Espregueira | Dragão (FIFA Medical Center of Excellence).
Main research interest areas: dietary intake assessment, dietary intake methods, food quantification, validation of biomarkers of dietary intake/exposure.
