Diogo Queiroz Almeida was born in Oporto in 1990. He concluded with success the Integrated Master in Industrial Engineer and Management in 2013, the Integrated Master in Medicine in 2016, the Specialization Course in Public Health in 2019 and the CFA Program Level I. He is PhD Candidate in Public Health since 2019.
He is a public health resident in the 4th year, in the Public Health Unit of Matosinhos, an invited assistant professor in Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade do Porto and integrates the Laboratory for Integrative and Translational Research in Population Health – Health and Territory.
He is the author and coauthor of scientific papers and oral communications. Currently, his interest is focused in: the investigation of the influence of nature in health, the production of knowledge from the work that is performed in public health units, and the management in healthcare.
