Yanni Caruso is a pharmacist and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences. She is currently a Master’s student in Public Health at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto (FMUP).
During her professional journey, she has participated in numerous projects in the areas of patient journey and customer experience, digital transformation, and market and behavior analysis for health insurers, health centers, and the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
She is currently part of the Research Lab – Public and Patient Involvement in Health, coordinated by Professor Cláudia de Freitas as a junior researcher.
