Maria Luísa Nogueira is licensed in Radiology (1985) at the School of Health of the Polytechnic of Porto. Later she completed the Master in Public Health (2002) and the PhD in Biomedicine – Specialization area in Radiology (2015), at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto (https://hdl.handle.net/10216/93820).
She is Coordinator Professor of the Radiology Scientific Area, at School of Health of the Polytechnic of Porto, where she is Course Director of the Master in Advanced Imaging Techniques in Radiology.
Her special focus is the study of breast imaging, bone quality and body composition.
