Teresa Gouveia holds an Integrated Master’s degree in Bioengineering and a PhD in Chemical and Biological Engineering, both conferred by the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP).
After completing her academic training, she chose to redirect her professional path by specializing in Occupational Safety and Health.
Since 2025, she has been working as an Occupational Safety and Health Technician at the Institute of Public Health of the University of Porto (ISPUP).
