The Instituto de Saúde Pública da Universidade do Porto (ISPUP), in collaboration with the Portuguese Psoriasis Group, is conducting an epidemiological study to estimate the prevalence of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis in Portugal.
Starting on May 24th 2021, the study aims to address the lack of epidemiological data on psoriasis in our country by assessing a representative sample of the Portuguese population.

The telephone questionnaire is conducted by ISPUP interviewers, trained for this purpose.
The people contacted by the interviewers are selected by randomly generated telephone numbers, including landlines and mobile phones.
