Conception and evaluation of community interventions

Community interventions assume that one or more actions directed at a population group contribute to improving its well-being. Each intervention should be defined according to the population, the existing scientific evidence, and the objectives to be achieved, in order to create appropriate, feasible, effective and sustainable interventions.
