Henrique Alves

Henrique Manuel Telo Cepeda Alves has a degree in Geography, Planning and Development from the University of Coimbra, obtained in 2007.

In 2014 he concluded his Master in Geographical Information Systems and Planning at the University of Porto. He took part as a research fellow in the projects: “Urban policies, creativity and cohesion: the case of Porto city-region” at CITTA-FEUP and “Iberian Trans-boundary Water Management (IB-TWM): experiences from the past and approaches for the future” at CESAM – University of Aveiro.

Currently he is doing research in the project “The health impacts of inner-city gentrification, displacement and housing insecurity: a quasi-experimental multi-cohort study” at the Public Health Institute of the University of Porto.
