- residents in the national territory at the time of the actions of which they are beneficiaries.

Obs.:Free course, but limited to 50 places, which will be occupied in order of registration; ATTENTION: Mandatory submission in the application form, in the field "Annex" of the pdf with the certificate of academic qualification or proof of professional experience in the health area.
- Understand the role of indicators for improving the quality of care and the main attributes of valid and reliable health measures, recognizing different data sources and understanding the challenges in obtaining high quality data;
- Know the process of choosing indicators in different contexts and which epidemiological metrics are most appropriate for measuring care quality.

It is particularly relevant for those who have an interest or role in the process of improving the quality of care and safety (doctors, nurses, managers), both in public and private institutions and at different levels of health care.
