Ana Sofia Monteiro Maia

Sofia Maia has a master’s degree in Sociology from the Faculty of Arts of the University of Porto and a postgraduate degree in Project Management from the Catholic University of Portugal. She participated in national and international research projects in the areas of domestic violence, elder abuse, human trafficking and science communication. She is an invited collaborator by the Center for Studies, Innovation and International Cooperation of the association “Cuidadores Portugal”. She currently works as a research assistant in the “MERIT-Mother Income InequaliTy” project.
