Joana Moreira holds a BSc and MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Porto (FFUP), having worked for several years as a community pharmacist.
PhD student in Public Health at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto (FMUP). Her thesis focuses on studying the effects of a school-based Mental Health Literacy programme aimed at middle and high school students and teachers. Research fellow in the project “MENTBEST – Protecting Mental Health in Times of Change”.
Integrated member (Non-PhD) in the “Mental Health Literacy, Well-Being, Depression, and Suicide Prevention” Lab, included in ITR – Laboratory for Integrative and Translational Research in Population Health.
