Daniela Simões has a degree in Physical Therapy from the School of Health of Vale do Sousa (2007), a Master in Epidemiology from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto (2012) and a PhD in Public Health from the same Faculty (2018). She is a Specialist in Physiotherapy by Decree-Law No. 206/2009, of 31 August.
She is currently a member of EPIUnit.
Professionally, she is a Physiotherapist and a higher education professor in the same scientific area.
