On November 17th, at 2:00 pm, ISPUP Auditorium receives Joana Alves (National School of Public Health) to present the seminar entitled “Behaviours in Public Health: challenges toward change”.
Joana Alves holds a degree in economics from Nova School of Business & Economics, Universidade Nova de Lisboa, and a master’s degree in economics from Nova School of Business & Economics, and a PhD in public health from the National School of Public Health, Universidade Nova de Lisboa. She currently works as an auxiliary researcher at the National School of Public Health. Joana began her professional career at Deloitte in 2009, where she worked as a consultant in the Life Sciences & Healthcare area. She is a member of the Comprehensive Health Research Center and the Health Technology Assessment Commission (CATS-INFARMED).
Her main research interests include inequalities in health and health-related behaviours, as well as health technology assessment and economic evaluation in (public) health.
